About the event

Join the Blue Muse and The Celestial Voice Sound Healing amidst the beauty and tranquility of the Conservatory of Flower's Orchid Pavilion for a sublime Sound Bath Meditation.

Come immerse yourself in a rejuvenating soundscape created by a multitude of Crystal Singing Bowls, Paiste Gongs, Hand Pan, Monochord, Native and Ocean Drums, Chimes and vocals and more!

This sound journey will enable you to enter a deep, alpha-theta brainwave state, in which healing is stimulated at the cellular level for a therapeutic and transformational experience. Through frequency, vibration and intention the Sound Bath creates a meditative and relaxing environment--promoting a sense of calm and peace.

This helps us to release anxiety, stress, worry, fear and calm our mind, body, and soul, enabling us to better connect into the limitless possibilities of gratitude.

No Experience is necessary.

This program will take place in the Orchid Pavilion. Please enter through the gate next to the right of the Conservatory of Flowers.

What to bring: -Yoga Mat (extra padding)/blanket/pillow/water and anything else you need to be comfortable required. -Feel free to bring your crystals to charge in the frequencies. -Wear warm layers as the building is weatherproofed but not heated

By creating a comfortable cocoon, you will be able to fully reap the benefits of these sound vibrations.
